CSC exists for those who sense that personal healing and collective transformation are not separate things. Our coaches and healing practitioners work at that intersection — offering embodied, nature-rooted, spiritually grounded support for people navigating both their inner lives and the world around them.
Every practitioner here lives the work they offer. What you find below is not a menu of services but a community of people committed to depth, integrity, and the kind of healing that ripples outward.
Coaching at CSC is for those who are ready to move: not away from their experience, but more fully into it. It is suited for those who have done foundational healing work and are now feeling called toward something larger: a deeper practice, a clearer purpose, a more authentic way of moving through the world.
Our approach to coaching is rooted in embodiment, nature, and genuine relationship (rather than productivity or performance). We are less interested in optimizing your life than in helping you remember what your life is actually for.
If you are ready to harvest what you have lived and let it become an offering, this work may be for you.
(Not sure whether coaching or counseling is the right fit? Rachelle and Brenton explore that question in depth in (this conversation on YouTube.)
Our healing arts offerings support the body, nervous system, and spirit in integrating what emerges through inner work. Whether through energy healing, breathwork, sound, or ceremony, these sessions create the conditions for something deeper to settle and take root.
Healing is not a destination. It is a practice of returning: to the body, to the earth, to the creative spirit within and around us all.
Each practitioner below brings their own lineage, gifts, and approach. Explore their offerings and find the one whose work calls to you. Exploratory first sessions are typically free — a chance to sense the work before committing to it.

Coaching is useful for when potential, possibility, and a calling to take action takes the foreground of someone’s life the majority of the time whereas suffering is intermittent and seen as an obstacle to learn from and navigate around and is more often in the background of someone’s life and mind. Someone seeking coaching may recognize that most aspects of their life feel in balance with each other but there is a particular area where someone would like to focus and deepen their fulfillment and offer service to the world in that area. Someone seeking coaching may be in the middle or later stages of their healing path and feel called to harvest what they have learned and share their gifts. Someone seeking coaching may feel inspired to give back, empowered to be a change-maker, or capable of supporting others through their own challenges.
Currently accepting new individual coaching clients who are ready to manifest visionary change in the world. Wildflower Visions Coaching Group is open for enrollment too!

Energy Healing sessions promote stress reduction, relaxation, and healing, utilizing a combination of Reiki, energy psychology, and energy medicine. Energy work like this helps us to understand and harmonize life force energy and how it flows through us and our lives.
Energy healing treatments can feel very different to each person but people sometimes report feeling a warmth, a flow of energy, or experience nothing other than deep relaxation or peace and anything in between. This work can address healing on multiple layers of the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit. Sessions typically last 60 minutes unless otherwise requested.

Meditation practices can be described and defined in a myriad of ways usually dependent upon which tradition the practices are rooted in, however most practices point to a common unifying experience, that of awareness. These 1-on-1 sessions deepen both understanding and experience with breath, mind, and prana, and invoke the healing qualities of sound (gong, chimes, etc.). You’ll also have opportunities to ask questions about and assimilate your practice.
When we add breathwork and sound healing to our meditative practice, we enhance not only our experience of awareness and inner being, but also the balancing effects of intentional somatic practice. Breathwork is integral to established yoga and meditation practices, though its benefits are truly important for anyone who desires greater health, awareness, stress-relief, presence, mental clarity, balanced energy, and restful sleep. Ancient instruments like singing bowls, gong, chimes, and more have been used for millennia for their balancing, healing effects on the brain, nervous system, and emotions. Depending upon your needs and desires, we can incorporate some or all of these modalities into your session.

Healing ceremonial and ritual practices can help us understand and process our experiences from a symbolic, mythological, or archetypal perspective, and can help integrate psychological, physical, and spiritual experience. These take the form of cord cutting, soul retrieval, empowerment rituals, grief rituals, release ceremonies, death and dying rituals, and more.
Ceremony doesn't have to involve psychedelics (although that component can be very effective under the right guidance). Together we'll work together to craft and implement both the healing ceremony itself, as well as the integrative practices and support systems you'll need to solidify lasting transformation. Most ritual work involves natural settings and being outside, though depending upon your situation we can adjust. Typically this work involves a minimum of three sessions, and can be modified based upon your needs and desires.

“Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion.” ~Bell Hooks, Social Justice Educator and Writer
Healing is SACRED. I advocate healing sovereignty—trusting the wisdom of your unique, intimate, healing journey. As a therapist, coach and steward, I help you reclaim a wise relationship with your Inner Healer and fractured parts of yourself to unlock your extraordinary gifts in the world. Our work is grounded in love, play, creativity, and vital inner wisdom. On this journey, we work with your gifts to support the deep work of personal and collective transformation, evolution, and healing.
Our work will also cultivate wise relationships between humans, lineage/ancestry, the Earth, plants, animals, elements, Cosmos, Spirit, and more. True flourishing occurs when we recognize our interconnectivity and when ALL parts of the whole thrive and experience radical liberation of Spirit. As such, transformation, healing, and evolution are a lifelong sacred journey that we must hold tenderly and fiercely in our hearts each moment of our lives.
I am honored to guide people who identify as talented and gifted in unusual and creative ways, neurodivergent, queer, healers, alternative healthcare providers, visionaries, dancers, artists, and psychedelic and spiritual explorers seeking integration. I am particularly well suited to work with you if you identify as a ‘hidden healer’ working within the therapy or healthcare world and are seeking to expand your own healing capacities.
Many people I work with are already relatively rooted and resourced from previous work in counseling or other healing modalities but are now seeking deeper integration, expression, and expansion of their life purpose. I am called to work with you as you are motivated to journey beyond what is familiar and seek an extraordinary life by unlocking the creative potential of sharing your gifts as healing acts of service to yourself and others.
Our journey together draws on your unique gifts and history as well as my own labyrinthine journey of transformation, healing, and evolution. Through my multi-faceted career history in health and wellness as a personal trainer, wellness and life coach, emergency medicine, wilderness guide/teacher, therapist/counselor, and business owner, the 5 Pillars have emerged as healing tenets in my own life and offerings at CSC.
On my journey, I have played with a variety of healing paths, feeling how they each have distinct and interconnected expressions in my body, mind, and heart. Various forms of dance, somatic practices, the wisdom of Yoga philosophy, and a deep relationship with the Earth are the primary tenets of my healing journey. Our CSC mission, vision, and operations have been created based on these jewels of practice including expressive arts and community. In the last several years, I have been exploring interconnectivity between human and natural communities and beyond through animism, archetypes, alchemy, and energy healing as well as environmental and social justice practices in the world.
My life and healing journey has taken many twists and turns, but the golden thread of healing for me has been a rediscovery of the glimmers of my Essential Self and my own healing sovereignty. For me, a healing journey is a life journey. The healing foundations stem from my early connections with the Earth, animals, and dance and expanded with a deep study of Yoga philosophy and my exploration of an eclectic blend of approaches to healing throughout my life. On my healing journey, I have worked to understand, integrate and ultimately transmute the impact of multiple traumas, both as a child and adult, invisible chronic pain and illness, neurodivergence, and queer identity to awaken the gifts buried within my wounds.
Today my personal journey primarily focuses on healing my dissociation with the Divine Feminine and associated practices such as intuition and energy healing. My personal journey is also deeply woven into healing the deep historical shadow of my culture, spiritual estrangement from the land, plants, animals and cosmos and the wounds of privilege and soul suppression associated with my ancestral lineage’s dissociation, violence, oppression, extraction, colonization, patriarchy, genocide, and slavery.
I acknowledge the disproportionate and deep impact of these forces on People of the Global Majority and my intention is that my offerings will humbly contribute to a larger transformative, healing, and ultimately global evolution. At this time in the western psyche, the re-emergence of our cultural, ancestral, environmental, and spiritual healing is becoming an undeniable essential part of our personal and collective healing journey.
I have a deep and ancient love for the intersection between the Earth, Cosmos, and Spirit and am a lifetime lover of esoteric learning, visionary entrepreneur, writer, novice musician, dancer, and Yogi. As I venture to combine my healing path with my work, I now envision my role primarily as a guide/coach and steward of healing, transformation, and evolution. If you're ready to explore the depths of your inner landscape, reweave the awareness of your interconnectivity, and bring your unique medicine into the world, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
“When we heal the Earth, we heal ourselves.” ~David Orr, Environmental Justice Educator and Writer
“In many shamanic societies, if you came to a medicine person complaining of being disheartened, dispirited, or depressed, they would ask one of four questions: "When did you stop dancing? When did you stop singing? When did you stop being enchanted by stories? When did you stop being comforted by the sweet territory of silence?” ~Gabrielle Roth, Dancer, Musician, and Creator of 5 Rhythms
“Enchantment is the oldest form of medicine.” ~Carl Jung, Archetypal Psychologist

Elemental Apprenticeship Coaching*
Meditation, Breathwork, & Sound Healing*
Click below to explore Brenton's offerings and to purchase services.
*Offered virtually, unless arrangements are made in ETX area only (for now).
The world is asking something of you. This work helps you answer.
Brenton is currently accepting new individual coaching clients for a living apprenticeship with the elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space — as they move through your body, your life, and the world around you. This is not therapy. It is not wellness coaching. It is initiated, elemental work for those who have done foundational inner work and are ready to go deeper.
Through somatic practice, tattwa journeying, ecotherapy, ritual, and inner plane exploration, you will develop a felt sense of the elements as a whole-life compass — a barometer for balance that lives in your body, not your mind.
Sessions are held in a seasonal container — a time-bounded arc that opens and closes with ceremony, and is tailored to the element calling you and the threshold you are currently navigating.
Your first session is a free orientation — a chance to sense the work, identify what's calling, and map a path forward together

These sessions can be supplemented with Brenton's recorded practices available in our Patreon.

“You do not consist of the elements: earth, water, fire, air, or even akasha. To be liberated, know yourself as consisting of consciousness, the witness of these.” -Ashtavakra Gita
I am a renaissance man with a deep love and curiosity for the natural world. Along my journey, I’ve been a bartender, janitor, radio dream interpreter, research project manager, spiritual teacher, business owner, author, minister, and throughout them all, a student of consciousness. I began my inner journey during my last year at Texas A&M University in 2007, and earned my Doctorate of Divinity from the College of Metaphysics (COM) in 2016. Since then, I've been on a self-directed journey to understand myself and the secrets of the universe, primarily through the vehicles of meditation, and deep contemplation and practice with the elements Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Space. It's my hope and life's work to now bring these practices to you.
At heart, I’m a spiritual teacher, and the most fulfilling work I do involves helping others remember their wholeness. My influences include ancient texts and philosophies ranging from the Upanishads to the Tao, elemental practices rooted in buddhism and hermeticism, mystery schools including COM and the Golden Dawn, and embodied awareness from teachers like Philip Shepherd and Richard Rudd (and the Gene Keys system). I truly believe that each of us has a core-centered place of awareness and intuition, beyond the head-dominant perspective of most of our society, today. I also believe that we are dynamic, spiritual beings who are deeply interconnected with each other and with the natural world. Much of our collective work now involves slowing down, listening, and remembering that we grow like trees.
"The most valuable act of learning in our lives is to unlearn what is untrue." -Antisthenes
I found Creative Spirit Collaborative when I lived in Oregon (2022-2025) and I'm grateful to remain connected and offer my services virtually in Texas. I now work with clients in Gene Keys coaching (virtually), because it's the most comprehensive system I've encountered for cultivating profound awareness and harmony within my own energy and the way I move in the world. You can also find a ton of my recorded content on our Virtual Resources platform on Patreon, including guided meditations, breathwork, ecotherapy, expressive arts practices, rituals, courses, blog series, and more! When I'm not collaborating with CSC, I serve as faculty for 200-hr and 300-hr advanced YTT programs through The Alchemy Yoga in Texas, and frequently host classes and workshops in the North Texas area. I also host a YouTube channel called Elemental Mindfulness, and work with people in 1-on-1 sessions for deep, elemental purification and nervous system reset practices, as well as esoteric ritual and ceremony integration work.
Sessions with me are like a combination of soul-coaching, yoga training, & shamanic apprenticeship. In our journey together, it's ultimately my intention to help you remember your wholeness & your power. This physical world is challenging to navigate, and the more we awaken to the realities of consciousness behind the veil, the more we come to understand how to relax into our authentic selves despite the chaos around us. Secret knowledge and power lie dormant everywhere, both within us and in the world around us; it's up to us to discover it. To remember it. And whether that "it" for you looks like enlightenment or bliss or clarity or even just a little more happiness, I'm ready to join you for this part of your journey.
Until you join me for retreats in Oregon or we connect virtually while I'm in Texas, may you be happy, healthy, and at peace!

“The universe is an example of love. Like a tree. Like the ocean. Like my body. Like my wheelchair. I see the love.” - Ram Daas
I am a lover of the outdoors, an endlessly curious student, and a seeker of deep connections. I enjoy and grow through expressive arts like dancing, writing, and painting. If you see me in my spare time, I am likely in the garden, on a hike with my wife and dog, in a yoga practice, or tending to my soul through plants and nature. I feel a deep sense of gratitude when other humans allow me the honor of participating in the health and wellness of their mind, body, and spirit.
My background as a Registered Nurse allows me to bring a unique blend of clinical and alternative expertise into my practices and offerings. In my time serving communities as an RN, I have held a wide range of experiences within acute and critical care, reproductive and women’s health, end of life care, and much more. My professional and personal health experiences have instilled in me a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of well-being and highlighted the many obstacles and stressors humans face when needing to seek or receive care from the current health systems. Before becoming a nurse and healer, I worked as crisis responder, case manager, patient advocate, caregiver and nanny.

I work on the client intake and administrative side of things, helping to keep us running behind the scenes. I view my role here at Creative Spirit as the weaver between client and therapist. I find fulfillment in hearing peoples’ stories and helping to connect them with a therapist that best fits their needs based on where they are at in their journey.
I completed my Bachelors of Psychology and Contemplative Studies at Oregon State University and joined CSC after time with the Neuro Meditation Institute. My long term goal is to obtain my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Naropa University, where there would be an emphasis on Mindfulness Meditation in the program. As meditation has been an integral part of my healing journey, having the opportunity to integrate this practice into the curriculum feels immensely in alignment.
I feel inspired by immersive experiences out in nature, reading an enticing novel, mindfully observing animals in their natural state of being, working with and tending to plants as well as studying and practicing various styles of meditation and yoga.

I help weave the back-end magic here at CSC by supporting the Admin Team with client intake, marketing, and administrative tasks. Therapy and alternative healing have transformed my life, which makes me extremely passionate about hearing people’s stories and connecting them to therapists or groups that will best support them. I love being a networker and am also eager to expand CSC’s community, so more people can be apart of all we have to offer.
I graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy and a minor in Business Marketing. I am certified as a Birth Doula, Placenta Encapsulator, and offer Lymphatic Breast Massage. Somatic expression isn’t just a CSC pillar but has also played a significant role in my own healing journey
Outside of work, I enjoy slow walks in nature, kickboxing, writing, dancing, creating delicious food, nurturing my inner child through play, connecting with friends, and embarking on new adventures.
