Healing that only happens behind a closed door is still isolation wearing a nicer outfit. No one heals alone inside a broken system, so we built spaces where people process together instead of carrying it solo: shared study, shared ritual, shared grief, shared joy.
We also believe the individual work still matters. Community isn't a replacement for that, it's what holds it. Explore the ways community shows up with us below, and if you haven't yet, you can also explore Personal Journey.
There is something magical and dynamic that happens when people of like mind and heart gather together. These are our workshops, courses, retreats, and seasonal offerings held in Oregon and around the Pacific Northwest. This tends to fit those who want to be in circle and share physical space with others, be it in a room, a forest, or around a fire.
Our Patreon is home base for people who want ongoing, low-commitment connection: monthly study groups, recorded practices tied to each of our five pillars, and a free tier that costs nothing to join. This tends to fit people who want to stay close to the work between sessions, or who don't yet live near the Eugene and Portland areas..
Not sure which is the right door? Most people end up in both! Start wherever you have the bandwidth.
We're in the process of developing replenishing retreat experiences in the PNW, ranging from half-day experiences to multi-day immersions. Our facilitators will include both the creative spirits on our team, as well as guest practitioners that bring values-aligned guidance, practices, and experiences to our collaborations. We also prioritize the integrative process after immersive experiences like retreats, and our virtual community has resources to help you assimilate in the weeks after our gatherings.

Retreat Overview:
This day-retreat is designed specifically for those who care for and nurture others, so that they may refill their cup and tend to themselves, within a nature-based healing container. We'll move through a replenishing arc of somatic and body-based grounding and release; ecotherapy, nature access, and elemental listening; expanded, transpersonal awareness and spirit-based support; expressive creativity with nature-based materials; all within the supportive, reflective circle of community.
Healing practitioners, nurses and doctors, therapists, body workers, and other helping professionals are encouraged to join us for this retreat. We have scholarship opportunities for you to attend for free!
Important Information:
An Oregon state park pass is required for parking, otherwise you'll be required to pay. We recommend carpooling if possible, since parking is limited by the building we're using. Please plan to park at the Hilltop Day Use Area, and either hike the 1/3 mile trail to the meeting location or hop in our cars and we'll happily shuttle you.
Please plan to dress appropriately for the weather, as we will take part in both indoor and outdoor experiences.

When we gather and hold intentional space together, we return to ways of being that are deeply integrated into who we are. In our modern, screen-centered world it's easy to forget this, and we also honor that in-person work can be challenging for many after the pandemic. Our gatherings, workshops, and other in-person events are intended as safe, judgment-free containers. You'll learn powerful, proven practices for building inner resources linked to our 5-pillar approach, while you experience the reflection, support, and connection within community. Check out our current gatherings in the Eugene and Portland, Oregon areas (and stay tuned for events in the greater PNW area!)

Workshop Information:
As a people, as a society, we can’t afford to ignore what we've witnessed and learned from the Epstein Files, movements like Black Lives Matter and Me Too, increasing global conflicts, extreme resource depletion, and crimes against humanity. If you feel overwhelmed with information overload and the greater state of the world, know that you're not alone. This is so big that we need to take it in and process it collectively.
We're creating a container where we can verbally and somatically process this collective overwhelm, with space for witnessed healing rather than action-oriented solutions. These in-person experiences will include ritual support, heart-centered sharing, and somatic practices for nervous system regulation.
Our frustration is collective and potent! Together we can access and move our more captive emotions. In this group we hold deep space and support the movement of our natural reaction to oppression.

This group is designed to be a focused, witnessed container for collective healing. We will work together at the mental, emotional, physical, and energetic levels to begin processing what is happening in our world with honesty, presence, and compassion. Registration is required, not as a barrier, but because we want everyone who enters to feel held and seen within a container that is intentionally created.
In this group we'll come together for two-and-a-half hours in a focused, witnessed healing space. We'll incorporate ritual and invocation, emotive verbal sharing, guided movement, breath, and other somatic practices for release and integration, as well as guided visualization. We encourage you to show up as you are, however you are; it's our intention to create a safe, collective space for healing that includes authentically being seen and received.
We are learning alongside you in this, and we mean that. Once you've participated, we welcome your facilitation in groups/communities of your own and will be offering a "guide package" for anyone called to do so. Part of how we reclaim our power is by refusing to consent to our own isolation. Showing up is already an act of courage.

Rekindle a relationship as old as your humanity, in heart-centered circle around a Fire.

Workshop Information:
There is evidence to suggest that humans sat with Fire in meaningful ways over a million years ago. Despite our consumption of "flickering light" through technology, we lack the personal relationship with the spirit of Fire itself (and all it has to offer). This workshop series invites you to rekindle that elemental relationship.
We'll gather for a few hours around a wood-burning Fire in a natural setting, sharing presence, breath, and heart-centered insight. Together we'll take part in a collective ritual around the Fire, drawing upon the element's qualities of activation, transformation, illumination, and expansion. This experience is a potent reminder of the healing powers within community, intentional practice, and the natural world.
