“Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion.” ~Bell Hooks, Social Justice Educator and Writer
Mission
My mission is to guide people on a journey of rediscovery, inspiration, and communion with their most authentic, essential selves or Spirit—grounded in love, play, humility, diversity, compassion, creativity, deep connection with the Earth, conscious community, and vital inner wisdom of our lost parts. As a part of this, we acknowledge our interdependence with the ecosystem of the Earth or cosmos and that we flourish when all parts of the whole also thrive. In this way, we acknowledge that transformation, healing, and evolution are not outcomes or destinations of our own human making but rather a lifelong sacred journey that we must hold tenderly and fiercely in our hearts each moment of our lives and humble ourselves with the benevolent forces around us.
“When we heal the Earth, we heal ourselves.” ~David Orr, Environmental Justice Educator and Writer
Who I Work With
Often, I find that humans have accumulated a myriad of wounds from various sources and in various stages of healing which seem to occlude access to our essential Self. Each wound and the history of a person necessitates nuanced, personalized approaches to healing that must primarily be oriented by the inner healer or essential Self. Many people I work with have been in counseling and are already relatively rooted and resourced on their healing journey but are now seeking deeper integration, expression, and expansion of their life purpose. I am called to work with people who are ready to journey beyond what is familiar and seek an extraordinary life by unlocking the creative potential of their essential Self and have a burning passion to manifest their gifts in this world as acts of service. I am often honored to guide people who identify as talented and gifted in unusual and creative ways, neurodivergent, queer, healers, visionaries, dancers, artists, and psychedelic and spiritual explorers.
My Approach
Through a unique and potent blend of ancient perennial wisdom and modern healing practices, my work encourages both personal and collective transformation, healing, and evolution. I have had a multi-faceted career history in health and wellness as a personal trainer, wellness and life coach, emergency medicine, wilderness guide/teacher, therapist/counselor, business owner. Simultaneously, I have been on my own labyrinthine journey of transformation, healing, and evolution with a paradox between my earlier work and my health serving as the crucible which has informed and transformed my offerings into the 5 Pillars that CSC is operating with today. During my work of over 15 years as a professional psychotherapist while simultaneously tending to my own healing, I have witnessed firsthand, in myself and my clients, the limitations and sometimes even harmfulness of conventional approaches of western psychotherapy and medicine. I have also personally experienced and witnessed the transformative power of integrating alternative modalities that nurture a reconnection to and reawakening of our essential Self. On my journey, I have played with a variety of somatic paths, feeling how they each have distinct expressions in my body, including assorted forms of dance and yoga to some of my favorite somatic practices such as Continuum and BodyMind Centering. The heart of my healing is further woven into my connection with the Earth through ecotherapy and nature based meditation, art, ritual, and wilderness solos. I have studied Yoga philosophy for over 25 years and it is a life long practice for me. CSC mission, vision, and operations has been created based on Yoga philosophy and I strive to find the elements and wisdom of Yoga in each moment of all that I do. Dance is also a life long exploration for me and is the primary modality of my expressive arts practices but in practice I also love seeing beauty and art everywhere and seeing how the practice and symbolism can reflect insight back to me. More recently, in the last several years, I have been exploring the value of interconnectivity in community human, nature, and others types as well as animist, archetypal, alchemical, and energetic healing as well as environmental and social justice practices in the world.
“Enchantment is the oldest form of medicine.” ~Carl Jung, Archetypal Psychologist
My Journey
My life and healing journey has taken many twists and turns, but the golden thread of healing for me has been a rediscovery of the glimmers of my essential Self. From my early connections with the Earth, animals, and dance to my exploration of an eclectic blend of approaches to healing throughout my life. My own healing journey started at a young age has continued throughout my life as I work to understand, integrate and ultimately transmute the impact of multiple traumas, both as a child and adult, invisible chronic pain and illness, neurodivergence, and emerging queer identity to awaken the gifts buried within my wounds. My healing journey today focuses on healing my dissociation with the Divine Feminine and associated practices such as intuition and energy healing. I have also been exploring how the deep historical shadow of my culture is impacting my health and wellbeing through spiritual estrangement from the land, plants, animals and cosmos, the wounds of privilege and soul suppression associated with my ancestral lineage connection to dissociation, violence, oppression, extraction, colonization, patriarchy, genocide, and slavery. I acknowledge the disproportionate and deep impact of these forces on People of the Global Majority and my intention is that my offerings will humbly contribute to a larger transformative, healing, and ultimately global evolution. At this time in the western psyche, the re-emergence of our cultural, ancestral, environmental, and spiritual healing is becoming an undeniable essential part of our personal and collective healing journey.
I have a deep and ancient love for the intersection between the Earth, Cosmos, and Spirit and am a lifetime lover of esoteric learning, visionary entrepreneur, writer, novice musician, dancer, and Yogi. As I venture to combine my healing path with my work, I now envision my role primarily as a guide/coach and steward of healing, transformation, and evolution. Essentially, I serve to support someone along their journey to cultivate more deeply interconnected wise relationships between humans, the Earth, plants, animals, elements, cosmos, and the indwelling Spirit and inner healer within us all as well as wise relationships with the lost, dark, shadowy, creative, light, and inspirational parts of ourselves. Honoring interconnectivity of these wise relationships provides the potential for ALL to experience radical liberation of our unique inherent gifts and sparks of our Spirit. If you're ready to explore the depths of your inner landscape and bring your unique medicine into the world, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
“In many shamanic societies, if you came to a medicine person complaining of being disheartened, dispirited, or depressed, they would ask one of four questions: "When did you stop dancing? When did you stop singing? When did you stop being enchanted by stories? When did you stop being comforted by the sweet territory of silence?” ~Gabrielle Roth, Dancer, Musician, and Creator of 5 Rhythms

Coach, Virtual Facilitator, Admin. Pronouns He/Him
“You do not consist of the elements: earth, water, fire, air, or even akasha. To be liberated, know yourself as consisting of consciousness, the witness of these.” -Ashtavakra Gita
I am a renaissance man with a deep love and curiosity for the natural world. Along my journey, I’ve been a bartender, janitor, radio dream interpreter, research project manager, spiritual teacher, business owner, author, minister, and throughout them all, a student of consciousness. I began my inner journey during my last year at Texas A&M University in 2007, and earned my Doctorate of Divinity from the College of Metaphysics (COM) in 2016. Since then, I've been on a self-directed journey to understand myself and the secrets of the universe, primarily through the vehicles of meditation, and deep contemplation and practice with the elements Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Space. It's my hope and life's work to now bring these practices to you.
At heart, I’m a spiritual teacher, and the most fulfilling work I do involves helping others remember their wholeness. My influences include ancient texts and philosophies ranging from the Upanishads to the Tao, elemental practices rooted in buddhism and hermeticism, mystery schools including COM and the Golden Dawn, and embodied awareness from teachers like Philip Shepherd and Richard Rudd (and the Gene Keys system). I truly believe that each of us has a core-centered place of awareness and intuition, beyond the head-dominant perspective of most of our society, today. I also believe that we are dynamic, spiritual beings who are deeply interconnected with each other and with the natural world. Much of our collective work now involves slowing down, listening, and remembering that we grow like trees.
"The most valuable act of learning in our lives is to unlearn what is untrue." -Antisthenes
I found Creative Spirit Collaborative when I lived in Oregon (2022-2025) and I'm grateful to remain connected and offer my services virtually in Texas. I now work with clients in Gene Keys coaching (virtually), because it's the most comprehensive system I've encountered for cultivating profound awareness and harmony within my own energy and the way I move in the world. You can also find a ton of my recorded content on our Virtual Resources platform on Patreon, including guided meditations, breathwork, ecotherapy, expressive arts practices, rituals, courses, blog series, and more! When I'm not collaborating with CSC, I serve as faculty for 200-hr and 300-hr advanced YTT programs through The Alchemy Yoga in Texas, and frequently host classes and workshops in the North Texas area. I also host a YouTube channel called Elemental Mindfulness, and work with people in 1-on-1 sessions for deep, elemental purification and nervous system reset practices, as well as esoteric ritual and ceremony integration work.
Sessions with me are like a combination of soul-coaching, yoga training, & shamanic apprenticeship. In our journey together, it's ultimately my intention to help you remember your wholeness & your power. This physical world is challenging to navigate, and the more we awaken to the realities of consciousness behind the veil, the more we come to understand how to relax into our authentic selves despite the chaos around us. Secret knowledge and power lie dormant everywhere, both within us and in the world around us; it's up to us to discover it. To remember it. And whether that "it" for you looks like enlightenment or bliss or clarity or even just a little more happiness, I'm ready to join you for this part of your journey.
Until you join me for retreats in Oregon or we connect virtually while I'm in Texas, may you be happy, healthy, and at peace!
You can work with me 1-on-1 in Elemental Gene Keys coaching sessions, both in 1-off sessions and in extended coaching. Right now I only meet clients virtually (unless you're in the NE Texas area).
You can also find me on our Virtual Resources platform on Patreon, where I offer guided meditations, breathwork, expressive arts, and ecotherapy practices, as well as contribute to regular written series.
Therapist, Local & Virtual Facilitator. Pronouns She/Her
“Another world is not only possible, she is on her way. On a quiet day I can hear her breathing.” -Arundhati Roy
I aspire to have a revolutionary approach to therapy, an approach that supports growth towards all of our freedom. And I am still in the process of decolonizing a colonized body and mind, just as you are. I am inspired by Sonya Renee Taylor’s body-based, radical self-love as espoused in her book and social movement The Body Is Not An Apology. I honor the lens of intersectionality – the acknowledgement that bodies bear differing levels of burden according to their position within multiple oppressive systems, and do my best to be an ally in empowering all bodies to be free, with regulated nervous systems. I would like to name that I feel like I am a particularly strong ally for queer folks; I love what queerness brings into the world, some of my closest people are queer, and I have experience working with a variety of LGTBQ+ individuals as a therapist. Additionally, I have lived significant portions of my life in Latin America, speak Spanish, and would be honored to work with Spanish speaking clients.
“Pleasure is the point. Feeling good is not frivolous, it is freedom.” -Adrienne Maree Brown
Increasingly I recognize a regulated nervous system as a cornerstone of well being within our bodies. And thus I am drawn to learning about Polyvagal theory and all practices that help us maintain a regulated nervous system, including pleasure, creativity, and connection with Source/Spirit. Some of the forms of creative self-expression that have most supported me are writing, dance, and singing, and I would love to support your creative process as a part of your healing journey. Some things that bring me joy and pleasure include singing in community, dancing in community, being in nature, rock climbing, and any other backcountry adventuring that I can access, such as canyoneering or rafting. Nature was one of my strongest allies and regulating forces in my childhood and my connection to the earth is strong. Just as we co-regulate together, we can co- regulate with the earth; nature is one of the strongest and most reliable regulating forces we can access.
As a mother of two young adults, I have lived through many stages of the lifespan, which helps me support you through the many transitions of life, whether it be learning to adult, marriage, divorce, parenting, role changes, the loss of a loved one, a spiritual awakening, or any significant change really. I love to honor the depth and power of transitions and am well versed in the transformative nature of grief. I have been influenced by grief teachers such as Sobonfu Some and Francis Weller, as well as my own significant grief processes. Becoming capable of feeling our pain is one of the strongest and most revolutionary things we can do. A society cannot be healthy until it has metabolized its pain, and we have so much.
Life has presented me with a wealth of challenges, from significant childhood trauma, to relational loss, multiple head injuries, and a host of mysterious health symptoms, which has given me the opportunity to learn a lot about the nuances and many layers of healing. I have had to reach for the largess of my soul and the unconditional love of my spiritual support team to make it through the hardest times, and I am grateful for the inner sense of connection and resilience this has forged. For that reason, I am experimenting with how to bring Spirit, soul, and energy work into therapeutic sessions, for I believe these are essential resources that we should all have access to, and that make the healing process more efficient. In addition to being a trained mental health therapist, I am a budding channel and light language practitioner. Sessions may include things such as prayer, intention setting, ceremony, light language, and creative self expression, in ways that seek to align with your belief systems. My therapeutic approach draws heavily on Internal Family Systems Therapy. I find its parts work model to be an elegant representation of the fractal nature of the universe. As we learn to love and integrate all of our parts into a harmonious whole, we become more adept at loving all that we witness in humanity so that together we can become a more harmonious whole, owning and integrating its pain and darkness.
Like any good healer, my aim is to support you in accessing your own wisdom and movement towards healing, wholeness, and empowerment. My tools, skills, perspectives, and experience are in service to you taking responsibility for yourself while leaning into the mystery of what healthy interdependence looks like. Thus I work best with those who are ready to be active in their own healing process. I am not the best person to go to if you are in active crisis – in this case you will likely be better served in a larger agency with more wrap around services. That being said, if you are in a more stabilized place, I am open to working with all trauma histories.
“Liberation is the opportunity for every human, no matter their body, to have unobstructed access to their highest self, for every human to live in radical self-love.” -Sonya Renee Taylor
If you are seeking depth, sensitivity, and compassion in a practitioner with the capacity to span the breadth from the embodied to the spiritual, the mundane to the mystical, the personal to the political, that’s me. I would be honored to help you navigate life’s greatest challenges. I hope at the very least our work together can inspire trust in you – trust in yourself and your meaningful place in the world, trust in a life force that is guiding us towards love, no matter how convoluted the path may seem.
I am currently accepting new clients with the following providers: Private Pay, PacificSource Commercial, PacificSource OHP, BCBS, and Shasta Administrative. You can also work with me in our Chronic Pain & Grief support group.
You can also find me on our Virtual Resources platform on Patreon, where I offer poetry and Light Language Transmission meditations.
Coach, Local & Virtual Facilitator. Pronouns She/Her
“The universe is an example of love. Like a tree. Like the ocean. Like my body. Like my wheelchair. I see the love.” - Ram Daas
I am a lover of the outdoors, an endlessly curious student, and a seeker of deep connections. I enjoy and grow through expressive arts like dancing, writing, and painting. If you see me in my spare time, I am likely in the garden, on a hike with my wife and dog, in a yoga practice, or tending to my soul through plants and nature. I feel a deep sense of gratitude when other humans allow me the honor of participating in the health and wellness of their mind, body, and spirit.
My background as a Registered Nurse allows me to bring a unique blend of clinical and alternative expertise into my practices and offerings. In my time serving communities as an RN, I have held a wide range of experiences within acute and critical care, reproductive and women’s health, end of life care, and much more. My professional and personal health experiences have instilled in me a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of well-being and highlighted the many obstacles and stressors humans face when needing to seek or receive care from the current health systems. Before becoming a nurse and healer, I worked as crisis responder, case manager, patient advocate, caregiver and nanny.
“What I know about living is that the pain is never just ours. Every time I hurt I know the wound is an echo, so I keep listening for the moment the grief becomes a window, when I can see what I couldn’t see before.” - Andrea Gibson
I am filled with appreciation to be joining CSC in a capacity where I can support others in feeling more embodied and holistically aligned to their goals and understanding of themselves. I believe in a collaborative and creative approach to care, where every individual’s unique experiences and needs are at the forefront of our work together. It is my hope that after our sessions, humans feel more confident in caring for their own bodies and spirits and connecting to their internal wisdom as their guide. My services adapt with the seasons and community need but include herbalism, end of life and abortion doula services, nourishment coaching, movement therapies, support for chronic pain and illness, patient education, advocacy and support navigating healthcare systems.
If you are seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, searching for wholeness through connection and creative expansion, wishing to integrate holistic practices into your daily life, or needing some extra support navigating healthcare, my services may be a helpful addition to your routine and rituals. I am always happy to chat further or answer your questions. And until we connect, from one soul to another alive at the exact same moment in time, I hope you are well, and I am sending you love.
“And here you are living. Despite it all.” – Rupi Kaur
You can connect with me for 1-on-1 wellness coaching & patient support at CSC. You can also join me for co-facilitated meditation, breathwork, and ecotherapy groups in the Eugene area.
You will also soon find me on our Virtual Resources platform on Patreon, where I'll offer guided practices and facilitate community groups.
Therapist. Pronouns She/Her
“The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door. If you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.” – Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes
My work is rooted in the wild, woven with magic, and devoted to the sacred remembering of who we are beneath our conditioning.
I approach therapy as ritual, as reclamation, as resistance. It is a return to the body, to the breath, to the earth, and to the truths we carry in our bones. I hold space for healing that is not only personal, but political—a soul-deep process of unlearning, rewilding, and restoring what late-stage capitalism, patriarchy, white supremacy, and other systems of oppression have tried to sever. I am here to help you remember who you are and find the joy of being in right relationship with yourself as you navigate your relationships with others and systems at large. I am here to help you reclaim your magic. I take my work seriously, but welcome joy and playfulness in my sessions.
My practice blends clinical tools with ancient ones; comprehensive training in Western therapy practices such as DBT, CBT, and Parts work as well as esoteric practices such as Tarot, astrology, archetypes, and somatic ritual. I use these intuitive practices to help clients access the parts of themselves that exist beyond language and logic. My incorporation of Tarot into my work has been incredibly helpful as a practitioner and for my clients; it is not about prediction, but presence. It invites conversation with the unconscious, and offers imagery that liberates and heals. It is a tool to deepen intuition.
Living on Mt. Hood, I consider the natural world both muse and co-therapist. The land teaches me how to listen, how to slow down, how to trust. I guide clients into right relationship with nature as mirror and medicine, using ritual, seasonal cycles, and earth-based practices to support nervous system regulation, spiritual insight, and deep belonging. I am comforted by the woods I live in and my partner and I are always exploring new hikes.
“Inside each of us is the Maiden who dreams, the Mother who nurtures, the Queen who leads, and the Crone who knows.” - Unknown
As my personal practice has deepened, I have become more connected with nature, the four feminine archetypes—Maiden, Mother, Queen, and Crone—have become central to how I work. These archetypes live in all of us, regardless of gender, and I help clients reclaim the wisdom and power of each one. Whether you're navigating a transition, grieving a former version of yourself, or stepping into something new, these archetypal lenses offer profound insight into your inner landscape. With this work comes grief and I have been easing into my work as a grief doula. There is no healing without grief and although we must do our own work, we do not have to do it in isolation.
Somatic therapy is woven through every session, whether through breathwork or movement. I work with the body as oracle and storyteller, using yoga (primarily Hatha) and movement-based practices to support trauma healing and embodiment. “Movement as medicine” isn’t just a phrase for me—it’s a lived philosophy that honors the body as both sacred and sovereign. As a yoga practitioner for the past 22 years, it has become a core part of my identity and a deep passion to share with others.
“Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced” – James Baldwin
I am deeply aware of how oppressive systems shape our mental health. I hold an anti-capitalist, trauma-informed, and liberation-focused lens in my work. Therapy with me is not about fixing what's broken, it is about honoring what's been adaptive, protecting what's sacred, and reimagining how we relate to ourselves and the world. Healing is resistance. Rest is a spell. Boundaries are sacred. Community is part of the cure.
Though I’ve spent years walking beside clients one-on-one, I feel called toward collective spaces of healing—toward circles, ritual, and connection. I believe in therapy that’s rooted in soul and soil, in justice and joy. I believe in your right to take up space, reclaim your voice, and live a life shaped by your own values, not someone else’s expectations.
When I’m not in sessions or teaching yoga, my partner and I are finding new hikes each weekend and spending time with our dogs, Hattie and Cheese. I am a huge foodie and love exploring new foods and baking delicious treats.
I am currently accepting new clients on a waitlist--please contact us to be added to it.

Therapist. Pronouns She/Her
“Healing is not about becoming who you were before. It’s about letting go of who you thought you had to be.” – Unknown
I come to this work as both a therapist and a mystic — someone who has walked through the fire of substance abuse, grief, soul rupture, awakening, and deep ancestral healing. Therapy, for me, is sacred space: a living ceremony where we meet the truth of who you are with reverence, courage, and just the right amount of tough love.
I specialize in working with individuals who feel called to transform. Whether you’re navigating trauma, identity shifts, chronic dysregulation, grief, spiritual emergence, divorce, special needs children, or the quiet ache of loneliness — I’m here to walk beside you. My work is rooted in nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, spiritual integration, and intuitive listening. I’m trained as a mental health therapist, but I also channel, track energy, and incorporate sound, frequency, and soul work when invited.
“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” – Rumi
I believe healing isn’t just about “fixing” yourself. It’s about remembering your wholeness, even in the mess. It’s about letting the body feel safe again, letting your voice rise again, and letting your truth be bigger than your wounds. Clients have described our work as raw, grounded, luminous, and deeply real. I believe in giving you space to feel everything— and also space to laugh, play, and dream into what’s next.
Sessions are fluid, collaborative, and co-created in the moment. On any given day, we may:
Map nervous system states and track triggers through a trauma-informed lens
Use parts work (IFS-style) to meet and tend to inner protectors, exiles, or wounded child aspects
Integrate sound therapy, vocal toning, or frequency healing to reset and restore balance
Engage in intuitive channeling or guided meditations for insight and clarity
Create sacred space for grief, rage, or spiritual breakthroughs to safely unfold
Anchor in practical steps that support integration and lasting change in daily life
Music, singing, and maybe even some dancing!
You bring your whole self — no masks, no performance — and I meet you there with honesty, grace, and presence.
“You were born with the power to rewrite your story — don’t hand the pen to your wounds.” – Sonya Renee Taylor
My own journey includes a spiritual awakening sparked by trauma, the loss of my father, and what I believe to be a twin flame soul connection. I’ve experienced judgment, rupture, and isolation — and I’ve also witnessed how grief becomes gold when held with care. I integrate spiritual technologies, sacred ceremony, ancestral wisdom, and practical strategies into sessions, always honoring your own beliefs, identity, and sovereignty.
My work is especially resonant for sensitives, seekers, neurodivergent folx (I walk with ADD and PTSD), and those who feel like they’re “too much” or “not enough.” I am here to challenge those stories — gently, fiercely, and with devotion.
“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” – Anaïs Nin
In addition to therapy, I train dogs (seriously — ask me about the crossover), and live in what I call The Nest Between Worlds. It’s part temple, part home, part sanctuary. I’m a lover of sound healing, barefoot walks, firelight rituals, and the kind of laughter that cracks open timelines.
If you’re looking for a practitioner who sees your multidimensionality, speaks truth with compassion, and believes that love — unconditional love — is the most powerful alchemy on Earth, I’d be honored to work with you.

Admin, Virtual Facilitator. Pronouns She/Her
I work on the client intake and administrative side of things, helping to keep us running behind the scenes. I view my role here at Creative Spirit as the weaver between client and therapist. I find fulfillment in hearing peoples’ stories and helping to connect them with a therapist that best fits their needs based on where they are at in their journey.
I completed my Bachelors of Psychology and Contemplative Studies at Oregon State University and joined CSC after time with the Neuro Meditation Institute. My long term goal is to obtain my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Naropa University, where there would be an emphasis on Mindfulness Meditation in the program. As meditation has been an integral part of my healing journey, having the opportunity to integrate this practice into the curriculum feels immensely in alignment.
I feel inspired by immersive experiences out in nature, reading an enticing novel, mindfully observing animals in their natural state of being, working with and tending to plants as well as studying and practicing various styles of meditation and yoga.
You can also find me on our Virtual Resources platform on Patreon, where I offer guided meditations and research-driven articles.
Admin, Virtual Facilitator. Pronouns She/Her
I help weave the back-end magic here at CSC by supporting the Admin Team with client intake, marketing, and administrative tasks. Therapy and alternative healing have transformed my life, which makes me extremely passionate about hearing people’s stories and connecting them to therapists or groups that will best support them. I love being a networker and am also eager to expand CSC’s community, so more people can be apart of all we have to offer.
I graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy and a minor in Business Marketing. After college, I delved into my passions and created women’s circles centered on embodiment, Somatics, and health. I am certified as a Birth Doula, Placenta Encapsulator, and offer Lymphatic Breast Massage. Somatic expression isn’t just a CSC pillar but has also played a significant role in my own healing journey
Outside of work, I enjoy slow walks in nature, kickboxing, writing, dancing, creating delicious food, nurturing my inner child through play, connecting with friends, and embarking on new adventures.
