Leah Frazier, Esq., CMT, MCT-MP, has approximately 350+ hours combined of certified professional training in meditation, sound / vibrational sound therapy, Usui Reiki, Mindfulness, and Embodied Activism (somatics), and has proudly studied under the instruction of Chelsey Charbeneau of Breathe, Meditation and Wellness; Master Reiki Instructor Yvonne Futch; Dr. Kay Colbert and Sarah Sampson for her Mindfulness Certification; plus, the University of San Diego for her Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction education. As a meditation instructor, Leah artfully infuses the practices of guided meditation, mindfulness exercises, visualization, breathwork and sound as a unique spin and interactive experience for her students.
Leah is certified as a Master Practitioner and Instructor for Mindfulness, often presenting at conferences, retreats, corporations and educational institutions.
Leah has been guided under the instruction of the incomparable Queen Afua for the Sacred Woman Program, learning many of the historical and traditional methods used for womb wellness, healing the body, mind, spirit and relationships – under the umbrella of the methodologies of the African Natural Lifestyle.
In 2022 on National Black Mental Health Professionals Day, Leah was recognized by the Boris L. Henson Foundation as a Top 100 Finalist (across the nation) for its inaugural Joy Awards. In June 2023, Leah was honored by the Boris L. Henson Foundation as a Joy Award recipient for her work in the integrative health and wellness category. D Magazine describes Leah as "one of Dallas' most renowned mindfulness leaders."
Leah has proudly partnered with American Airlines, the Dallas Mavericks, Market by Macy's, Dallas Truth Racial Healing and Transformation (Dallas TRHT), Vizient, Dallas Habitat for Humanity, Grandscape at The Colony, the National Association of Black Journalists, and more for meditation and sound healing. Off the cushion, Leah is a 2-Time Emmy Award-Winning entrepreneur and CEO of Think Three Media – a full-service creative marketing and communications agency based in Dallas, TX. She has a dog named Spirit, loves to travel, loves to read and can be found sunbathing by the lake near her home in the historical district of Oak Cliff.

Guest Facilitator
Saffire Bouchelion is a practitioner of movement, sound, and dance, facilitating transformational embodied experiences for people throughout the PNW. As a friend of the Eugene dance and healing communities, Saffire occasionally offers dance-, drumming-, and sound-healing-centered workshops with us.
Saffire Bouchelion is a 1st Degree Black Belt Nia instructor who has been passionately practicing Nia for 18 years. He is also a professional performer and musician who has been featured on over 40 CD's, and has opened for several international acts, including Cheryl Crow, Crash Test Dummies, and Barenaked Ladies. His embodiment and transmission of music and rhythm stir profound transformation in his students. Saffire co-founded two experimental dance companies in 1986 and 1989, and has performed with Danelle Hellander Dance Company and Mergence Dance Theater. For seven years he was co-director of the Ecstatic Choir, five at Naropa University where he was also a musical accompanist for dance and movement classes, and taught drumming classes for the continuing education program. He has taught Drumming and Dance into Being workshops throughout the US, Europe, Mexico and Bali for the past 10 years. His greatest joy is helping to Embody the world, one Community at a time!

Gillian DeBruno is a counselor and healing professional in the Eugene, OR area. After practicing with CSC in-person for years, she now focuses on her work with youth in the 4J system.
