Coaching that catalyzes your inspirational vision into social and environmental change. At CSC we also believe that once healing begins and life lessons are being composted, each person has the capacity to share their unique spark. Through coaching, each person’s spark is further kindled through learning to share their unique offerings to others, their community, and the world.
We offer inspirational, creative, mindful opportunities with a Transpersonal and Integrative orientation to coaching to harness the most potent aspects of ourselves. In our role as mentor or guide, we seek to support and nourish the budding gift, vision, and expression in each person’s life spark to catalyze an evolution within and an extraordinary offering of service in the world.
Coaching is useful for when potential, possibility, and a calling to take action takes the foreground of someone’s life the majority of the time whereas suffering is intermittent and seen as an obstacle to learn from and navigate around and is more often in the background of someone’s life and mind. Someone seeking coaching may recognize that most aspects of their life feel in balance with each other but there is a particular area where someone would like to focus and deepen their fulfillment and offer service to the world in that area. Someone seeking coaching may be in the middle or later stages of their healing path and feel called to harvest what they have learned and share their gifts. Someone seeking coaching may feel inspired to give back, empowered to be a changemaker, or capable of supporting others through their own challenges.
Interests Coaching Might be a Good Fit For:
Transmuting your life experience and gifts into an offering for others
Teaching or offering spiritual or meditative experiences
Taking action on environmental or social justice issues
Creating a conscious business
Incorporating mindfulness, somatic, movement, yoga, art, or eco therapies into your practice.
Private/business group or private individual meditation/mindfulness coaching.
FACILITATORS: Brenton Harris (Gene Keys - see below), Rachelle Cornelius
The Gene Keys serve as a kind of holographic approach for gracefully working with ourselves, our shadows, and our fears. Combining elements of ancient, esoteric traditions/tools (such as the I Ching and Taoism) with modern understanding of epigenetics and biology, the Gene Keys show the ways each of us is here to journey through the shadows of inherited trauma and into the light of purposeful, peaceful existence. This service is only offered virtually.
Conceived by Richard Rudd in the late 80s, the Gene Keys can be thought of as a whole-being approach to life as a sustainable human being. You can also think of Gene Keys as:
an opportunity to face and eliminate the fears that stand in the way of freedom (including those inherited through our collective ancestry)
a living energetic field that exists within and around us
a means to unlock the capacity to realize and sink into the radiance of your inner light, for no other reason than being alive
what they sound like–keys, that help unlock the incredible potential within the codes of our DNA
a universal language made up of 64 archetypes represented within our DNA that, when understood, allow you to communicate directly with your genes, alter their functioning, and initiate transformation across your entire being
a journey that allows you to completely re-envision yourself and recreate your life at an unlimited level
a process that increases and illuminates higher truths and ways of being that are hidden by shadows and fears
We can integrate Gene Keys into nearly every form of self-study you might already practice, as well as utilize them as a stand-alone approach to transformation, awareness, healing, and more. The Gene Keys also have resonance with the Human Design system and can be utilized in tandem for powerful insight and change. Regardless of your background, sessions exploring your Gene Keys open the door to profound understanding of our habits, fears, gifts, and strengths…as well as how to work with them all.
The Gene Keys are powerful tools for self study and overal sustainability at the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual level. While they can absolutely be understood with the (amazing) tools provided by Richard Rudd and his team, sometimes it can be helpful to have more personalized coaching with the material. In some ways you can think about these sessions as coaching: we’ll walk together into a gentle, playful exploration of shadows and fears, and in the process activate the dormant gifts within your mind, body, DNA, and spirit. If you’re seeking an integrative, self-directed approach to unlocking the spiritual potential and purpose inside you, this is worthy of your contemplation!
This coaching is also perfect for those who have a baseline familiarity with Human Design or Gene Keys. Brenton, your Manifesting Generator guide, will work with you to hone your Human Design energy type, environment, and authority center with the nuances of your Gene Keys hologenetic profile. Brenton also brings his diverse background as a teacher of meditation, yoga philosophy, breathwork, ritual, and nature-based wisdom to each session, leaving you with practices and tools to really assimilate this deep work.
When you work with us with your Gene Keys, we can meet for a single session or continue over time for deeper work and coaching. In a single session, we’ll explore the broader points and overall themes of your Hologenetic Profile, leaving you with a baseline understanding of how to continue contemplating and activating your Prime Gifts on your own. Depending upon your background with Human Design (HD) and Gene Keys (GK), we’ll touch on how to interpret your Gene Keys profile, examine your Prime Gifts in your profile, and talk about practices that can help you understand and integrate their meaning. Those with more understanding of their HD/GK already can utilize our session to explore specific points of interest in your chart, as well as explore deeper practices for contemplation of the work you’re currently doing.
If you desire a deeper understanding of yourself, your Gene Keys, and the ways you directly shift into new ways of being, we can meet on a continuing basis to explore your Genius Sequence and 4 Prime Gifts, as well as specific aspects of your Hologenetic Profile that help to unlock the flow of purpose, prosperity, love, and more in your life experience. Gene Keys coaching occurs in 8-session packages, so that there is intentional time and space to move through a specific flow of discovery, exploration, transformation, and integration. As those familiar with the system know, this work is incredibly deep and takes time and contemplation for it to truly unfold. So depending upon your needs, we may only focus on a single Gene Key or path over this entire time period; we may also incorporate your entire Genius Sequence (or more)…it’s up to you! During these sessions we’ll also incorporate practices such as meditation and breathwork, ecotherapy and nature immersion, dream work, therapeutic ritual, and more. After your 8 sessions, we’ll reevaluate continuing for another 8 sessions or adjusting course.
Regardless of your time with him, Brenton will bring a fusion of practices and perspectives to your work together with Gene Keys. You can read more about his approach here. If you’re new to the Gene Keys, we recommend you check out this free introductory course available on the Gene Keys website.

Imaging counseling outside the box. At CSC we believe that everyone has a unique spark to discover within themselves, an innate capability for healing, and personal lessons from life experiences to discover along the way. These components make up our meaningful life purpose which are essential in navigating our way out of suffering. At CSC we help to make sense of, integrate, and balance these components.
We offer inspirational, creative, mindful opportunities with a Transpersonal and Integrative orientation in counseling to heal those aspects of ourselves that have often not been well supported in our families, communities or society. In our role as mentor or guide we seek to understand the roots of suffering in each person’s life and inspire, empower, and transform rather than pathologize.
Counseling is for when suffering takes the foreground of someone’s life the majority of the time and obstacles appear as barriers that feel insurmountable whereas potential or possibility feels more obscured in the background. Someone seeking counseling may recognize that many aspects of their life feel out of balance or there are some significant pieces missing to a balanced life. Someone seeking counseling may be in the early stages of their healing path or feel that they have more to unearth and explore about themselves, they are learning and understanding how their history and social conditioning impact their lives now. Someone seeking counseling may feel like there are aspects of their life to grieve or they may feel like their life is devoid of inspiration but they have a deep subtle whisper that it is there underneath the layers of challenging life experiences and wounds.

Trauma
Depression or Bipolar
Anxiety

No Surprises ActReiki is an energy practice tool that promotes stress reduction, relaxation, and healing. Reiki can be done hands on or energetically with hands just above the body but is often a combination of both. Reiki practitioners help us to understand and harmonize life force energy and how it flows through us and our lives. Rachelle is also trained in the Let Animals Lead method of animal reiki and can offer reiki for your beloved animals too.
A Reiki treatment can feel very different to each person but people sometimes report feeling a warmth, a flow of energy, or experience nothing other than deep relaxation or peace and anything in between. Reiki can address healing on multiple layers of the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit. Sessions typically last 60 minutes unless otherwise requested.

Meditation practices can be described and defined in a myriad of ways usually dependent upon which tradition the practices are rooted in, however most practices point to a common unifying experience, that of Awareness. These 1-on-1 sessions deepen both understanding and experience with breath, mind, and prana, and invoke the healing qualities of sound (gong, chimes, etc.). You’ll also have opportunities to ask questions about and assimilate your practice.
Thich Nhat Hanh often describes mindfulness as “being aware of what is happening inside and around you in the present moment.” Mindfulness and meditation are often used synonymously, here we will use meditation to refer to a presence practice contained to sitting or standing but removed from day to day activities and mindfulness to refer to a presence practice engaged in day to day activities or sometimes referred to applied meditation or meditation in action.
There are so many different types of mindfulness/meditation practices and somewhat different benefits depending on the practices you use. There are often a number of elements to these practices that are cultivated such as working with intention, attitude, presence, and insight as well as many layers such as working with the mind, body, heart/emotions, and external life. Some of the therapeutic benefits that we observe from mindfulness and mediation instruction and practice include cultivation of more compassoin and empathy, improved distress tolerance and adaptability to adverse circumstances, improved self-awareness and thus confidence, increased contentment in little things, improved focus and concentration, increased sense of interconnectivity, and on a physical level better regulation of the nervous system and reduced blood pressure, just to name a few.
When we add breathwork and sound healing to our meditative practice, we enhance not only our experience of awareness and inner being, but also the balancing effects of intentional somatic practice. Breathwork is integral to established yoga and meditation practices, though its benefits are truly important for anyone who desires greater health, awareness, stress-relief, presence, mental clarity, balanced energy, and restful sleep. Ancient instruments like singing bowls, gong, chimes, and more have been used for millennia for their balancing, healing effects on the brain, nervous system, and emotions. Depending upon your needs and desires, we can incorporate some or all of these modalities into your session.

Healing ceremonial and ritual practices can help us understand and process our experiences from a symbolic, mythological, or archetypal perspective, and can help integrate psychological, physical, and spiritual experience. These take the form of cord cutting, soul retrieval, empowerment rituals, grief rituals, release ceremonies, death and dying rituals, and more.
Ceremony doesn't have to involve psychedelics (although that component can be very effective under the right guidance). Together we'll work together to craft and implement both the healing ceremony itself, as well as the integrative practices and support systems you'll need to solidify lasting transformation. Most ritual work involves natural settings and being outside, though depending upon your situation we can adjust. Typically this work involves a minimum of three sessions, and can be modified based upon your needs and desires.
